How we Developed our Scheme

The development of this scheme has involved the whole of our school community. We’ve discussed it with them and listened to what they have to say, including:

• Our children through their School Council Representatives and in response to their views on pupil questionnaires.

• Our staff through consideration at a Continuing Professional Development meeting.

• Our school governors at Resources and Full Governing body meetings

• Parents/carers through their views and responses on the annual Parent Questionnaire and through the Stephen Lawrence Focus group

• Minority, marginalised and potentially vulnerable groups are represented in all of the above.

In this way, we have consulted widely.
