    Tuesday Update

    3 November 2020 (by Claire Grady (c.grady))

I hope you and your family remain fit and well. It was lovely to see the children all back this morning looking smart and eager to learn. As you will be aware from the government announcement on Saturday, we are about to enter a national lockdown on 5th November. This time school will remain open. We will continue to apply the conditions of our risk assessment. It is imperative that we all stick to the rules. If your child or anyone in your household has any of the Covid symptoms then they should not enter the school site. If you or any of your household are waiting on Covid test results then your child should not attend school until a negative result is received. If anyone in your household tests positive then school must be informed immediately.  Can I also remind you to wear masks on the school site and to stand around the edge of the playground in your family group? Leave the site as soon as you possibly can through the one way gate system. Now more than ever we need to all work together to protect the school community to ensure we remain open.

Y1 Y3 Y4 - Parent's meeting will take place this week over the phone. Please ensure you are ready to receive the call at your allotted time.

Y5 First Holy Communion - All of Y5 should have received a letter before half-term about preparing for their First Holy Communion. Please return the slip by tomorrow as we are planning to go ahead with the Zoom meeting tomorrow evening at 6pm. Invitations to join will be sent in the morning via the email address on the return slip.

Y4 First Confessions - We are having to adjust our plans for next week. Mr Hope will discuss this with you during your parent meeting on the phone.

    Take care everyone
